We’re looking for a hands-on Data Architect to design and build a modern data and AI platform that powers real-time, automated digital journeys across customers and partners.
This is an engineering-led architecture role focused on cloud-native data foundations, AI enablement, and real-time workflows.

Technical
- Strong hands-on experience building modern cloud-native data platforms (AWS preferred)
- Expertise in lakehouse/warehouse architectures (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
- Experience with ELT/ETL, orchestration, and streaming data
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills
- Comfortable with DevOps and everything-as-code practices
- Understanding of AI/ML data architectures and MLOps
Architecture & leadership
- Proven ability to design scalable, modular data architectures for real-time workflows
- Experience standardising data across multiple systems and event-driven environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams
Mindset

,[Own and evolve the end-to-end data platform architecture (ingestion, lakehouse/warehouse, transformation, governance, observability, AI enablement), Define a unified, standardised data model across operational, customer, and supplier domains, Design scalable batch and streaming patterns, storage layers, and table formats, Build and standardise ELT/ETL pipelines, including CDC and schema evolution, Define raw, refined, and curated data layers with built-in quality, lineage, and reprocessing, Architect data foundations for AI/ML (feature stores, model lifecycle, ML observability), Enable AI-driven use cases such as prediction, automation, and real-time insights, Design data governance and metadata platforms (catalogues, ownership, lineage), Act as the technical authority for data architecture and guide engineers through standards Requirements: Data engineering, AWS, AI
