,[Operationalize Qlik Replicate: monitoring, alerting, SLO management, runbook creation, and response automation., Ensure data reliability through completeness checks, reconciliations, and incident management., Manage HA/DR: implement and test failover/failback procedures, harden AlwaysOn/AG configurations., Optimize performance: latency tuning and capacity planning., Coordinate with DBA teams on standards (log backup, retention, long transactions, indexes for CDC), priorities, and governance.
