Job Description Summary: As Data and Analytics Manager you will join a team shaping a modern analytical landscape powered by advanced technology and strong data governance. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making by connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will lead initiatives that promote data democratization and deliver impactful analytics capabilities across the organization

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement data strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical teams
• Leeds all aspects of the functional design of data products and ensure alignment with governance principles
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical implementation
• Support the development and integration of dashboards and BI tools to meet user needs
• Facilitate business testing phases and ensure smooth deployment of analytics solutions
• Provide guidance during cutover activities, including documentation, training, and onboarding
• Promote adoption of data products and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and successful project execution

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred. Educational certificate or training in a process methodology is a plus.
• Experienced in data analytics, BI tools, and data modeling with at least five years in relevant roles
• Skilled in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and familiar with SAP environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions
• Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments and managing ambiguity
• Knowledge of project management and change management principles is advantageous
