responsibilities :
Analyzing and verifying data from different sources to ensure its reliable and suitable for use
Learning about source systems, data models, and standards
Understanding data needs from model development and monitoring teams, resolving data quality issues, and collaborating with project teams on new data assets
Building ETL pipelines to make data available on GRADE
Contributing to designing plans for future data, application, and business processes
Preparing clear and impactful materials for sharing with stakeholders at all levels
Managing relationships with key teams effectively
Working with management to prioritize business and data needs
Identifying and promoting opportunities for process improvement
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related numerate subject; a Master’s degree is preferred
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of programming tools, with proficiency in at least one of the following: SAS, Python, PySpark, SQL, or Hadoop Big Data
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and specification
Ability to understand complex data architecture
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com
Residing in Poland required
