An integral part of this transformation is the growing importance of Data. The development of the Data Lake/Warehouse content as a single source of data for the company is one critical component of this strategy. To support the design, build and roll-out of the Data Lake/Data Warehouse we are recruiting an Analytics Engineer into the Data Management Team. The Analytics Engineer will develop content in the Data Lake/Data Warehouse for reporting USE Cases or Digital Products data sets.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
- Write efficient and scalable SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for data models, pipelines, and processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics

- Data Management Analysts/Data Governance: Classification and mapping of the physical assets.
- Data Owners/Data Stewards/Business Subject Matter Experts: Understanding and validating the USE Cases.
- Data Architects/Data Engineers: Ensuring what is built fits with the bigger picture and can be re-used.
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with dbt and Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
