,[Set a clear and ambitious vision for commerce-related data journeys aligned with business OKRs., Prioritize data analytics & data insights initiatives based on stakeholder impact and measurable business value., Own and manage data analytics & data insights backlog: from new features to tech improvements and bugs., Prepare actionable, testable, and valuable user stories that guide cross-functional teams., Act as the key interface between data engineers, analysts, architects, and One Portal product teams., Collect, align, and translate requirements from various countries actionable data analytics and data insights goals., Champion data quality, accuracy, privacy, and compliance across systems., Drive the adoption of metadata standards and resolve quality gaps., Lead efforts to integrate anonymized data into our Central Data Lake for seamless reporting., Track and demonstrate the business impact of data analytics initiatives., Drive outcomes-not just outputs-through effective measurement of KPIs and OKRs., Design and develop reusable, scalable data analytics products that support the entire commerce value stream.
