• Join our team working on projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have an impact on the lives and health of more than 15 million patients!
• We are looking for Data Analyst with experience in quality assurance and testing of Tableau reports, a highly analytical mindset, attention to detail, and expertise in both data analysis and testing.

• Understand business reporting requirements to understand the purpose and intended use of reports
• Identify and document the source systems feeding into the reports
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to verify the accuracy and completeness of report data and calculations
• Thoroughly investigate and document data discrepancies, working with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Clearly communicate data mapping and calculation logic in a way that is understandable to both business and technology audiences
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the report development lifecycle to visualize data in ways that are easy to understand and interpret
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of QA best practices for analytics and reporting

• Excellent analytical and exploration skills with a focus on quality assurance of the reports, and at least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Excellent analytical and data exploration skills with proven 5 years of experience
• Advanced designing of interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau
• Understanding implementation and solving problems within the configuration
• Ability to use SQL to query data and prepare ad hoc analysis
• Work in a multinational environment and handle multiple affiliates in parallel
• Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with international teams
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
