Mission:

Recover the ordinary warranty spending up to the supplier’s liability for Stellantis and its cooperation partner.

Your responsibilities:

• Downloading the warranty data from several IT systems, depending on the technical scope agreed with the supplier.
• Calculating the corresponding warranty costs according to the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
• Sending the warranty claims list to the supplier for cost validation.
• Analyzing the costs disputed by the supplier and finally Getting the final approval from the supplier.
• Issuing the debit note

Our requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English
• Communicative knowledge of Italian
• Min. 2 years of technical experience (quality, manufacturing) in automotive industry
• Good knowledge of Access and Excel
• Ability to manage the disputes with the suppliers
• Ability to understand and apply the warranty contracts
• Autonomy and proactivity
