What you will be doing

1. Controlling of project sales opportunities’ mandatory fields plus communication with local specification teams.
2. Controlling of project estimated delivery and close dates.
3. Data enrichment and management of existing opportunities.
4. Screen Rocksell to remove duplicated projects.
5. Extraction/summary of sandwich panel specification from building specification documents.
6. Research of additional project-related information via the internet.
7. Conduct advanced queries, analyze and synthesize data.
8. Advanced market research on defined segments.
9. Creation of advanced presentations in PowerPoint.
10. Registration of new project sales opportunities according to process.
11. Creation of process manuals.
12. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
13. Create visualizations and reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools.
15. Evaluation/qualification of potential prospects/leads regarding possible sales opportunities.

What you bring

1. University graduate.
2. Previous experience in Data Analysis.
3. Advanced knowledge of EXCEL & PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English and German (Reading, speaking, and understanding).
5. Possess analytical skills.
6. Team player.
7. Analytical & pragmatic sense.
8. Pro-active.
