• Supporting the development of analytical solutions at Loyalty Partner Polska for our partners.
• Creating reports and analyses.
• Preparing charts, tables, and other visualizations that help understand and present analytical results.
• Participating in analytical consulting — presenting analysis results, insights, and recommendations.
• Automating regular analytical processes, introducing optimizations to improve efficiency, and preparing documentation.
• Building solutions using modern IT tools (Oracle, Google BigQuery, Dataform, dbt Cloud, Airflow, Git, Bitbucket, ThoughtSpot, JIRA).

• English proficiency at B2+ level (we work in English).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working independently in an analytical role.
• Enjoyment of autonomously searching for solutions to business problems in the analytical domain.
• Strong ability to prioritize and complete tasks according to schedule.
• Proven track record working with large data sets.
