Broadridge is seeking an experienced data analyst to join our Gdansk, Poland office.

Under general supervision, and in collaboration with other BR data analysts, the Insights Analyst is a power user of BR Analytics tools (GMI, FBF), undertaking a wide range of data analysis tasks for Global Insights, many of which are time-critical and form part of external publications marketed and sold to Broadridge clients. Reports to Senior Director, EMEA.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Is the entry point for and manages the data analysis tasks from A to Z (using GMI and FBF), for Global Insights, to contribute to the timely publication of a wide range of commercial Insights client publications.
  2. Updating and distributing the required data in a regular, timely manner, for the relevant insights reports; first formatting and consistency checks.
  3. Populates all Excel, InDesign, and PowerPoint templates in the Global Insights universe as required in accordance with a strict production/publishing deadline.
  4. First line of Quality Assurance for all required data and focal point for innovating/developing better/smarter ways to use our data.
  5. Supporting the editorial team with ad hoc data enquiries and (client) queries.
  6. May perform other related duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. At least five years of data analysis experience.
  3. Advanced in Excel & PowerPoint.
  4. Experience using InDesign (preferred).

Requirements:

  1. Advanced functional/technical skills.
  2. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  3. Self-starter AND team-player.
