Develop vision and strategy: Creating a clear roadmap for data & analytics products that aligns with the business strategy, balancing the Value & Cost. Data & Analytics Products
Set priorities & delivery roadmap in Agile delivery model;
Perform Business Case management:
Perform stakeholder management: Acting as a bridge between the business, functional, and technical teams, such as data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, scrum masters etc;
Champion the data product;
Promote data-driven working: Creating buy-in for data-driven decision-making and translating data insights into concrete actions;
Ensure quality: Overseeing the functionality, reliability, and performance of data products and dashboards.

requirements-expected :

Bachelors degree (or preferably) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and a high level of English proficiency.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Data, BI, Analytics, Data Science, or AI and Product Management function, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, Consumer goods, or a related data-intensive industry.
Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Possess strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with strong proficiency in SQL while Python & R are preferred
