Hybrid model of working: 3 days per week in the office
responsibilities :
Data Architecture: Create the blueprints for how data is collected, stored, accessed, and used. Define data models, developing data integration strategies, and ensuring that data systems align with global policies, meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Collaborate with team of data engineers, data analysts, and other partners to build scalable and efficient data ecosystems.
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and process datasets from various sources. Analyze datasets to identify insights and provide data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Advocating Data Technology: Serve as a data technology evangelist, guiding and mentoring teams on experimenting with new technologies and applying them to solve business challenges.
Innovative Solutions: Focus on improving inefficient processes and addressing business challenges using modern data stacks.
Business Consulting: Engage deeply with business partners to understand their needs and identify what drives value for them.
Coordination: Coordinate efforts across local and global teams and vendors. Develop realistic deployment plans, oversee execution, and ensure compliance with BAT and international security standards and regulations.
requirements-expected :
Data Enthusiast: Passion for modern data and analytics solutions, backed by hands-on experience in data engineering, warehousing, and data science (AI/ML). Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential. Experience in data warehouse (Fabric) development / administration is a plus.
