Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions? We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will take full ownership of analytics, making a direct impact on our company’s growth and digital performance. As part of our Data team, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders across the company, positioning you at the heart of our decision-making processes.

Daily activities:

  • Tracking Leader & Funnel Mastery: Lead the evolution of tracking by bridging traditional analytics, including Google Analytics used by our hotel partners, with advanced, cookieless solutions for internal product and funnel tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, accurate data capture that connects every touchpoint—from ads to conversion—unlocking transformative insights and growth.
  • Drive Performance Reporting & Insights: Transform complex data into compelling stories, uncovering trends, user behaviours, and growth opportunities. Create dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision-making, empowering our team to act with confidence.
  • Lead Website & Product Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests, making data-backed recommendations to boost website performance and enhance user experience. Identify and champion improvements to drive growth in key metrics, positioning our digital platforms for success.
  • Campaign Tracking & Enhancement: Track and evaluate the impact of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on key KPIs such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates. Develop and propose strategies to elevate campaign performance, helping us reach and exceed business goals.
  • Be the Analytics Expert & Collaborator: Serve as the go-to expert in Google Analytics and tracking, providing advanced troubleshooting, guidance, and training to teams. Work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and aligned data insights across the organisation.



Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. 
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and previous experience with tagging or/and with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager). Strong experience in tracking.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python and/or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, with a strong knowledge of statistics. 
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Polish and English.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Recruitment process:

  1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes).
  2. Home assignment.
  3. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager and Senior Product Data Analyst (up to 60 minutes).
