Data Analyst

WORK STARTS FROM MAY 2026

Location: Poznań (city centre)

Working environment: hybrid, mon-fri 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00. 

Contract type: temporary employment contract (Umowa o pracę tymczasową) 


For our client, the worldwide leader in the FMCG sector, we're hiring an experienced data analyst. This position connects good data analytics skills with teamwork and great communications to help improve the company's processes and decision-making. The person in this position will prepare and deliver data analytics based on internal orders from the company's teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide data analytics based on internal orders from managers of different departments. Understand data requirements and deliver solutions to complete the assignments. 
• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Continuously monitor and improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Required skills:
• Power BI, Excel and other Microsoft solutions, including data modelling, Power Query, and report/dashboard development.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills to partner with different internal branches of the company.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Full-time work in a hybrid environment, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.
