We are looking for a Data Analyst who combines independent problem-solving with strong teamwork skills. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into valuable business insights that support our clients in making strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure access to clean and reliable data, and with business teams (including Project Management) to understand their needs and effectively communicate analytical findings. Analyze e-commerce, loyalty, transactional, and behavioral data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Work with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and structure Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (pandas, seaborn) Strong experience with Machine Learning, AWS or Azure is acceptable), Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicative level of English Experience in data modeling Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure customer churn prediction) B2B contract private medical care option of working from our office in Rynek in Wrocław (Św.
