Itransition is looking for a talented analyst/researcher with expertise in business intelligence domain and database skills.
Candidate will be responsible for R&D unit activity working along with Data Science talents.
Project is oriented on the development, ownership, and management of modern warehousing and light industrial properties. Customers company operates in several European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, and the Netherlands.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Date Engineer/BI experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL Principles
- Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to help define and implement innovative data deliverables
- Interviewing stakeholders to formalize business needs in the requirements documentation
- Analyzing the Data sources and designing the Data models for the business processes performance review
- Analyzing business processes to indicate the crucial Data Points for measurement of business goals, customer experience, client behavior
- Designing narrative presentations for clients about their Data Value Chain and BI solutions
- Developing visual reports and dashboards using BI software
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in OLAP/OLTP queries
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge in DWH modelling and Data Mart design
