Key Responsibilities

• Cleanse, transform, and structure large datasets to support sourcing decisions (ETL processes).
• Develop and maintain relational and pivot tables to analyze supplier and spend data.
• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and sourcing strategy documents.
• Collaborate with sourcing leads to understand project requirements and deliver analytical support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or consulting role (management consulting background strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; Power BI is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL) and relational database concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• English fluency required; German is a strong advantage.
• Interest or experience in procurement or packaging categories is a plus.
