• Design and maintain Celonis dashboards that provide actionable insights into Finance processes, supporting data-driven decisions and operational transparency.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency in Celonis to ensure dashboards reflect correct process information and support reliable analysis.
• Participate in business workshops, translating process knowledge into effective Celonis visualizations and aligning analytics with operational needs.
• Analyze process data within Celonis to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support continuous optimization initiatives.
• Promote Celonis use-cases across teams, acting as a bridge between users, IT and project stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize value.
• Provide training session to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-country teams.

• 1–2 years of experience with Celonis, including dashboard configuration, process mining, and report customization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with experience in data modeling using Celonis.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI or similar ERP systems, supporting effective data integration and process analysis.
• University degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in analytical thinking and process understanding.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and proactive mindset, with good time management, attention to detail, and a drive to improve business processes.
