We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Content Production Centre (CPC) in Warsaw. The CPC team manages customer-facing support content (FAQs, How-To Videos, Notices, graphic design etc.) across .COM/Support, Community, Members App and social media platforms.
As a Data Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for content data performance analysis within our team. Our working environment is shaped by the internal channels we support, so we need someone who is motivated, eager to learn and combine their experience with new data analysis techniques. You will receive all the relevant training from the respective stakeholders to help you organise your work and priorities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : Adobe Analytics and Google analytic tools.

Nice to have: SEO Clarity and other Analytics tool
