Understand the requirements of the Employee from the Visa/VOE case history.
Work hand in hand with the embassy requirement to provide Employees the best experience by providing service.
Follow the SLA, Quality and abide by the process defined.
Employee Data:
- Resolving queries of client’s employees through Case management tool and phone.
- Data entry and preparation of documentation such as relieving letter and offer letter in HR tool based on approvals if relevant approvals and documentation are available as per the process.
- Work with all stakeholders in the process to provide accurate and timely resolution for employee queries.
New Hire Operations: - To do end-to-end data entry for newly hired employees at client’s site using HRMS.
- Adhere to SLA, quality, and compliance while performing the data entry tasks.
- Ensure employee is productive from the day of the start date.
Who you’ll Work With: - Work with different stakeholders which include HR, Payroll, AMEX, Employees, and other major teams that work with/for visa-VOE process.
- Primarily working with your own team members collaboratively to achieve the utmost quality.

- Able to handle multiple work priorities in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet tight deadlines.
- Good problem solving and analytical thinker.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and show interest towards the business, the integrity followed, and the quality achieved out of this.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and able to learn new systems and tools like HRMS, trackers, etc.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility in work schedule, ability to work remotely, across time zones and cultural differences.
