responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and map them to system functionalities and data structures.
Configure, test, and optimize data workflows, including creation of Data Mapping configuration files and execution of data transfer tests.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across test and production environments through validation, quality checks, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain data solutions, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Background in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
Solid understanding of clinical trial data flows, documentation, and regulatoryrequirements
Experience working from a vendor or service provider perspective
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and external partners
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in gathering and mapping business requirements
Ability to read and interpret JSON structures
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (minimum level C1)
