We are seeking a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements. Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Lead or support the development of automated data lineage solutions to enhance governance and traceability. Apply generative AI and advanced analytics to automate workflows and extract insights. Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for projects and enhancements. Translate technical designs and analytical outputs into business-friendly language. Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on corrective actions. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support informed decision-making. Continuously explore data sources, tools, and products to uncover new value opportunities. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. Our requirements Solid experience in a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex data architecture and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team. Optional Knowledge of BCBS 239 and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with data management tools such as Collibra, Atlas, QlikSense. Experience with data lineage, data governance, and advanced analytics. Master’s degree preferred.
