Analyzing large and complex datasets—including detailed loan portfolio data—at both aggregate and granular level.
Preparing, structuring, and uploading financial report data from Excel into queryable tables in the datalake.
Managing and maintaining the finance data schema within our new datalake environment (DBeaver + Trino).
Perform data mining and extraction from the datalake (Trino) and relational databases (PostgreSQL) using the DBeaver client.
Integrating and consolidating data sources, including databases, Excel files, CRM systems, and more.
Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders; providing business advice and decision material to Senior Management
Collaborating with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools
Testing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of processes and financial data within our internal CRM system.
Supporting Head of Controlling in all works related to preparation of quaterly forecast and full-year budget, as well as supporting managers with ad-hoc analysis
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality and accessibility.
Conducting business and financial analysis on an ongoing basis
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in data analysis; experience in relevant industry will be a plus
Advanced knowledge of analytical and reporting tools: Excel (including Power Query), SQL (we use PostgreSQL and Trino on DBeaver client), and Power BI
Python and R will be a plus
Proficiency in working with large datasets and implementing automation in reporting and data analysis processes (experience with SAP will be an asset)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong financial modelling and presentation drafting skills
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
