responsibilities :
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into data models, solution designs, and functional requirements
Promoting data modelling principles, best practices, and standards across the organization
Collaborating with business users and subject matter experts to understand and document data needs
Supporting the development teams by communicating functional solutions and ongoing data model requirements
Ensuring the creation of scalable, reusable data assets in alignment with group standards
Contributing to the definition and documentation of Project/System Data Architecture solutions
Designing and delivering enterprise-level logical models with a focus on abstraction techniques
Managing and resolving complex data issues through analytical problem-solving
Ensuring data models support the identification of trusted sources and data ownership
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategies meet business objective
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in logical data modelling and adhering to governance standards
Strong conceptual and logical thinking abilities, with a focus on abstraction techniques
Experience designing enterprise logical models in large-scale environments
Familiarity with industry data modelling standards such as BIAN, FSDM, and BDW
Analytical excellence with the ability to challenge designs and decisions
Proven ability to balance analytical rigor with fast delivery
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including virtual collaboration tools
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
Leadership experience with the ability to present solutions to both technical and business audiences
Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
