• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as EMR systems, databases, CSV files, and organizing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Using SQL to analyze data and generate key insights, as well as to develop and automate reporting tools.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define analytical requirements.
• Participate in business process optimization projects and suggest improvements to standardization.
• Automate reporting processes.

• A university degree, preferably in Mathematics, Econometrics, or Statistics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools e.g. Excel incl. Power Query, Power BI.
• Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, VBA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of accountability for results and achieving goals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
