  • Samsung has been managing the multi-skilled Pan-EU Content Production Centre (CPC) since 2017, primarily creating, maintaining and publishing customer-facing post-purchase content (FAQs, How to Videos, News articles, static pages, assets) across .COM/Support, Community, Members App and Social Media.
  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled data analyst to join our dynamic team. As a data analyst you will be responsible for full lifecycle analysis, using multiple data sources to analyse, track, interpret and make clear and concise recommendations on B2C content.

responsibilities :


  • Use multiple data sources to analyse, track, interpret and make clear and concise recommendations to the business on growth and revenue-building strategies.
  • Full lifecycle analysis.
  • Monitor performance / content quality.
  • Convert feedback / comments into data visualisations.
  • Creating dashboards / projects upon request.
  • Domain knowledge.
  • Understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning Algorithms.
  • Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Supporting all CX Digital Channels [e.g. .COM / Community / Members app.
  • Proactive recommendations for content gap analysis.
  • Jira experience [ticketing system.
  • The ability to collect, organise and analyse information to produce regular reports.
  • Work closely with digital managers across Europe [34x sites.
  • Maintain and improve regular Key Performance Indicators reporting using a range of BI and presentation tools, for teams across Europe and HQ.
  • Manage a range of analytics requests and be proactive in finding relevant insights / improvements to present to key partners.

  • Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent data visualisation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with creating dashboards, reports and projects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
