Lead analytical topics end to end – from problem definition to actionable recommendations
Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results
Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models
Work closely with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the data and translate ideas into measurable changes
Help define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics
Improve and automate reporting processes where it makes sense
Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in real business contexts
requirements-expected :
You have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
You’re confident with SQL and have worked with analytical datasets
You use Python for data analysis
You have hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
You understand statistics and think analytically in business contexts
You can independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams
You’ve worked with non-technical stakeholders
You know how to apply experimentation techniques to validate product or business changes
