THE ROLE
The Analyst, Consumer & Customer Insights – Professional Brands delivers actionable insights to guide strategic decisions for the Professional Brands team, drawing from both internal data and external market research.
This position supports the organization by analyzing consumer behavior, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize business performance and enhance customer experience. This role is pivotal in identifying commercial growth opportunities, optimizing brand and product portfolios, and establishing key business metrics to track progress.
responsibilities :
Analyze and report business and market tracking data from various sources, covering different distribution channels across Eastern Europe markets.
Propose and align key business metrics and develop tracking tools for use across sales and marketing.
Proactively research and operationalize business white spaces and gap closing opportunities including low-hanging fruits.
Facilitate implementation of new vendors, tools and approaches that utilize AI to analyze data and conduct primary research.
Update reporting tools to track consumer/market KPIs.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to consumer and customer experience.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct segmentation analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific business questions.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with major/ focus in relevant area (e.g., Marketing, Business, Economics).
2-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights or strategy (corporate or consulting), ideally in a large beauty or FMCG multinational.
Mastering market tracking solutions, such as Power BI, Nielsen, or Pro Kline.
Experience using AI-based research tools and practical application of AI in analytical processes.
Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate meaning and conclusions from a large amount of quantitative and qualitative data. Proficiency in Excel. Detail orientation.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in PPT presentation skills.
Passion and high level of curiosity about the beauty industry; team player.
Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
