What the day will look like:


This role will provide the candidate an opportunity to work as part of our CRS Ecosystem Reporting & BI Product Team. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a range of internally focused reporting and business intelligence solutions to colleagues across multiple regions. The role will require stakeholder engagement, helping to define requirements, driving development of fit-for-purpose BI and analytics solutions, taking ownership of BI development, ensuring availability and stability, while promoting a high performing and collaborative environment.





Day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Design, develop, and maintain our core product offering of Power BI reports and dashboards to a multi-region audience.
  • Elicit requirements from business and technical stakeholders to tailor better tailor sophisticated business intelligence solutions to their changing needs.
  • Take ownership of the solution development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing & implementation.
  • Work with IT and data engineering teams to integrate, monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions.
  • Perform a range of data-related activities to support internal requirements, including: data profiling, data quality assessment, diagnosis of data quality issues, provide advice and guidance regarding data cleansing, validation, data reconciliation and post transfer support.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate reporting issues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:


  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, including enterprise-level reporting and high-quality visualizations.
  • Expert proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, paginated reports and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL. Understanding of Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse concepts and modelling within Databricks or similar.
  • Experience working in a global environment with diverse people and data requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to understand and address data implementation challenges.
  • Proven track record of working with complex business datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information effectively.
  • Self-motivated learner keeping abreast of changes in the data and analytics landscape.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • College Degree qualified in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
