Key Skills and Qualifications for this role

• Solid and relevant experience in a similar role,
  
• Knowledge of BCBS239 is desirable,
  
• Master’s degree preferred,
  
• Ability to comprehend complex data architecture,
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
  
• Multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure within tight timelines are essential,
  
• Open personality with effective communication skills and the flexibility to work in an international team,
  
• Knowledge of data management tools like Collibra, Atlas, QlikSense is a plus.

,[ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered. , Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. , Lead or support development of automated data lineage solutions to improve visibility, governance, and traceability across data pipelines. , Apply generative AI and other advanced analytics methods to automate workflows, extract insights, and enhance decision-making. , Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new projects and enhancements. , Translate high-level technical designs, data concepts, and analytical outputs into business-friendly language. , Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on corrective actions. , Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance and support informed decisions. •Continuously exploring data sources, products, and tools with an inquisitive mindset to uncover new value opportunities.
