We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a Data Science & AI team in Warsaw. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the establishment of an innovative AI-driven data enrichment capability, integral to the data management strategy. Your contributions will play a crucial part in our mission to leverage the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize our data management and analytical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold robust data governance frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring adherence to data quality and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and enhance data quality through the application of AI tools, adeptly identifying and rectifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Oversee the seamless integration of data from diverse sources, facilitating efficient data flow across systems.
• Engage closely with a global network of investment professionals, data scientists, and engineering teams to ascertain data requirements and deliver exceptional data solutions.
• Employ AI methodologies to enrich data sets, infusing value through enhanced attributes and insights.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of data processes, standards, and performance metrics.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to team members in data management best practices.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management, data governance, or a related capacity. Experience within the financial services or hedge fund sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python (particularly pandas), SQL, ChatGPT, Snowflake, AWS S3, and Redshift.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A keen eye for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, while also thriving independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for interpreting complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
