• Review and enhance existing PoCs for GenAI Coding Assistant productivity analysis.
• Shape the roadmap and delivery strategy for future initiatives.
• Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI CAs and key adoption drivers.
• Define data strategies to measure GenAI CA benefits in cooperation with programme stakeholders.
• Analyze SDLC, Deployment, and DORA metrics to support engineering productivity insights.
• Work closely with data teams and program management to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvements.

• Have experience in data analysis in a software development environment.
• Understand SDLC, deployment lifecycle (DEPL), and DORA metrics.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiar with GenAI concepts (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG.
• Exposure to GenAI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Curious, fast-learning, and open to working in dynamic environments.
