We are looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Developer. This role focuses on delivering high-quality data insights, developing data repositories, and providing data assets aligned with enterprise standards. You will work on end-to-end delivery of projects, including data modeling, reporting, and performance KPI development, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

responsibilities :
Deliver end-to-end projects, including developing performance KPIs and data models based on multiple data sources
Perform data discovery, cleaning, transformation, metrics calculation, aggregation, and validation
Execute matching and linking across datasets
Ensure secure movement of data from sources to targets
Provide complex reporting solutions within Google Cloud and/or Microsoft SQL Server environments
Utilize Python, T-SQL, and other technologies for data processing and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and process logic
Identify internal process improvement opportunities and manage risks in your area
Document processes, create roadmaps, and maintain clear technical documentation
Drive assigned projects, facilitate discussions, and monitor progress

requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in a data-related role (SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, data architecture, or data management)
Advanced knowledge of SQL programming and relational database systems
Understanding of ETL and data warehousing principles
Experience in business reporting and dashboard development
Knowledge of Python is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
