Data & AI Account Executive



Twój zakres obowiązków

  • A Data & AI Account Executive is a key member of the sales team, responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in the field of data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The objective of this role is to increase sales of Data & AI services, develop value propositions for customers, and support them in the adoption and optimization of data and AI technologies.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers interested in Data & AI solutions.
  • Conducting presentations and demonstrations of Data & AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers.
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and closing sales transactions.
  • Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Regular meetings and conversations with customers to monitor their needs and satisfaction with the offered Data & AI solutions.
  • Building trust and loyalty through excellent service and post-sales support.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of customer and market needs to identify the most effective Data & AI solutions.
  • Developing personalized value propositions that highlight the benefits of implementing the offered Data & AI services.
  • Creating and presenting offerings of Data & AI products and services that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Close cooperation with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver optimal Data & AI solutions to customers.
  • Providing feedback from customers to relevant company departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain the competitiveness of offered Data & AI solutions.
  • Analyzing market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategy.
  • Developing comprehensive Data & AI product offerings that meet the specific needs of different market segments.
  • Implementing best practices and innovative solutions in the offering creation process to increase their attractiveness and effectiveness.
  • Possessing solid technical knowledge about offered Data & AI solutions (Big Data, Machine Learning, AI).
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into language understandable for customers.
  • Continuously updating knowledge on new Data & AI technologies and industry trends.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a position related to the sale of Data & AI or technological solutions.
  • Technical studies preferred, with majors such as Computer Science, Electronics, Project Management, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
  • Documented success in acquiring and managing key customers, including international clients.
  • Experience in managing relationships with customers at various levels of the organization, including C-level.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analyses of customer and market needs.
  • Ability to develop personalized value propositions.
  • Solid technical knowledge about Data & AI solutions (Big Data, Machine Learning, AI).
  • Ability to quickly absorb new technical information and update knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to effectively conduct presentations and demonstrations of Data & AI products.
  • Capability to close sales transactions and achieve set sales targets.
  • Openness to international business travel.
  • Proficiency in English at the C1 level.
