We are seeking a Data-AI Analyst with strong business acumen and technical expertise in data science and AI to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation.
The ideal candidate has experience in machine learning, deep learning, and the latest GenAI frameworks, combined with hands-on skills in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and data modeling.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Work Setup: 100% Remote work (with travel to client sites in Katowice/Krakow ~20%)
Rate: 90 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)
Languages: English (B2+ Required)

responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to review ideas and assess business cases from a data-driven perspective
Identify and troubleshoot potential data quality issues; recommend improvements
Analyze data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities using statistical and AI techniques
Design and implement machine learning models and leverage modern GenAI tools and frameworks
Support the development and deployment of deep learning models where applicable
Create and maintain data models and dashboards to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
Translate business requirements into data requirements and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of experience in business/data analytics or data science roles
Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development
Solid understanding and practical experience with machine learning and deep learning
Familiar with the latest Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks and tools
Demonstrated experience with data quality assessment and remediation
Advanced Excel skills and strong data modelling capabilities
Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with global stakeholders
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data tasks
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2/C1 level)
