Technologies-expected : Power BI Tableau about-project : We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join the Project Management Office, responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources, maintaining data quality, and presenting information in a centralised, visual format to support key stakeholders across the organisation. This role includes active involvement in project planning to ensure that data needs are identified and data tracking mechanisms are implemented for new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, data visualisation experience, and an ability to work closely with the project management team to support data-driven decision-making. responsibilities : Data Collection and Management (extract and consolidate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and other external data streams, ensuring accuracy and timely availability, develop and maintain robust data pipelines, working closely with Operational and IT teams to optimise data flow into a central repository, review and assess data sources, implementing new data-tracking mechanisms as necessary, data Quality and Validation) Conduct regular audits of data to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency. Define data quality metrics and implement processes to monitor and enforce them. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure all data meets company standards for integrity and compliance. Data Visualisation and Reporting (design and manage dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable data visualisations for key stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, translating data into user-friendly, actionable formats that aid decision-making; present insights and trends visually to support both tactical and strategic initiatives; project Involvement and Data Tracking Implementation). Work as a core member of the project management team to review upcoming projects and identify any necessary data-tracking mechanisms; Document data workflows, data source details, and definitions to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization. Promote and implement data governance best practices to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. requirements-expected : Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data administration, data analysis, or data management role, ideally with involvement in cross-departmental projects and collation of data from multiple sources. Technical Skills (hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio); familiarity with data extraction tools, APIs, and data warehousing principles;advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualisation) Soft Skills (strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly the ability to work effectively with project teams and translate data requirements for non-technical audiences; high attention to detail and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing data administration with project involvement).
