We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
Tasks: ?
- Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Providing information on products and their functionality.
- Entering requests into the system.

- Fluency in Danish (B2/C1).
- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
- Communicative, willingness to learn.
- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00.

- Civil contract with a rate PLN 60,00 gross/h.
- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.

- How do we understand hybrid mode?
The possibility of switching to hybrid mode after 2 months from the office - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the managers permission. And then: 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
