Were seeking fluent Danish speakers to join an international airlines customer-service centre in Poland. Make your mark supporting travellers and delivering exceptional experiences.
What youll do
- Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish.
- Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services.
- Assist with booking changes (dates, destinations, personal details).
- Manage special service requests (wheelchairs, pets, special assistance).
- Process cancellations, refunds and handle various payment methods.
- Support customers experiencing travel disruptions or issues.
What you bring
- Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, browsers, general software).
- Positive customer-focus, high energy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- EU work authorization (role based in Poland).
- Previous customer-service or travel/airline experience is a plus.
