Obowiązki

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management interventions  and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage
• Perform hands-on change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and resistance management
• Design and execute engagement plans that ensure stakeholder buy-in and support
• Knowledge of the application of the PROSCI framework to big projects

Wymagania

• Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate a smooth change process
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, provide updates, and address concerns
• Develop and maintain a stakeholder communication plan that ensures clear, consistent, and timely information sharing
