To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a D&A Deployment Senior Specialist who will lead the regional deployment of our Connected Worker tools across breweries in Europe.
The Connected Brewery brings intelligent digital capabilities to the shop floor. We support our colleagues in becoming Connected Workers - empowered by apps, wearables, devices, and real-time data that remove low-value tasks and improve decision-making.
Our toolkit includes products like One2Improve, Task Management, Asset Care and technologies such as ServiceNow, Parsable, SwipeGuide, SmartSkills, Ultimaker, XMReality and Maximo.
responsibilities :
As a Deployment Senior Specialist, you will be part of the Connected Brewery Lighthouse team, working closely with our global product teams to:
Lead and coordinate deployments of Connected Worker tools and use cases across European breweries
Drive change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption in OpCos
Plan and facilitate key ceremonies, module testing, process documentation and end-user trainings
Ensure value delivery by translating user needs into actionable development insights
Support local teams in making the most of our digital tools and data
You’ll report directly to the Connected Brewery Lighthouse Lead and collaborate with teams across Brewing, Packaging, D&T, and external partners.
requirements-expected :
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on digital champion with:
A digital-first mindset and strong agile project management skills
At least 3 years of experience in production shop floor operations (experience with One2Improve, Parsable and/or SwipeGuide is a strong plus)
Preferably experience within HEINEKEN or knowledge of our brewing environment
Familiarity with TPM methodology and continuous improvement practices
Strong ability to translate user needs into development opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
