We are developing an online webinar and meeting platform used by millions of users around the world! We are a Gdansk-based company with a global reach - our product is available in 10 languages and in 2023 alone more than 718,000 online events were conducted on our platform with more than 13.5 million participants and a duration of 1,230,360 hours (it makes 51,265 days).    

We currently employ over 100 people and are still growing. Due to our ambitious sales plans and dynamic development of the product and the organisation itself, we are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for customer acquisition in the high-value segment and for implementing the lead-generation strategy by establishing contact with potential business customers. If prospecting holds no secrets for you, and you feel at home with establishing and building business relationships in the DACH market, then you are the person we are looking for!   


In ClickMeeting you will:

  • acquire new customers from the DACH market  
  • conduct sales meetings with potential Click customers (in German, via our product)  
  • initiate prospecting activities,  
  • co-create and develop the strategy for acquiring potential customers - we want to work smarter, not harder:)  


Skills you need to join our team on offered role:

  • min. 2 years of experience in prospecting and selling IT products (or services) to B2B customers in the DACH market,  
  • experience in SaaS sales would be an advantage 
  • You know how to attract new customers and you enjoy customer acquisition 
  • fluent communication in German (B2 level or above)  
  • ability to conduct sales meetings remotely,  
  • are able to actively acquire customers, e.g. via social media,  
  • having a natural aptitude for sales (quick to make contact, communication skills, ability to hold targeted conversations, active/ deep listening),   
  • enjoy talking to people and have persistence and optimism,  
  • well organised and highly results-oriented,  
  • English at a very good level (min. B2)  
  • there is no obligation you to speak Polish, but you are ready to join a fully Polish-speaking company (We will communicate with you in English, but we want you to know that all our materials so far have been created in Polish and we also conduct company-wide communication in Polish. So far we have not yet employed people who do not know Polish :))   
  • Knowledge of Polish will be nice to have for us (it’s not mandatory).

Our recruitment process in a nutshell:

  1. A telephone interview with Kasia (HR & Recruitment Specialist) who will ask questions about your experience and the skills required for the position and tell you more about Click. 
  2. German language verification - We want to verify your ability to communicate with customers in German. We will invite you to an interview with Carolina  
  3. Recruitment task - we want to verify your skills, so we will ask you to complete a task. How you complete it is up to you and how much you want to show off what you can do.   
  4. Online meeting - a final recruitment stage, on ClickMeeting, that will take us up to an hour and a half. You will meet Marcin (Head of Sales) and Kasia (HR & Recruitment Specialist).
