DACH HR Generalist (k/m/d)

Scope of responsibilities

• Execute administrative HR tasks from employee onboarding through personal development until termination,
• Prepare pre‑payroll for Germany, Austria and Switzerland,
• Maintain and update personnel data in HR systems (e.g., Workday) with great attention to detail,
• Act as the contact person for employees,
• Coordinate and document health and safety activities,
• Manage and communicate employee benefits,
• Contact with authorities, sickness funds and accident insurance institutions,
• Support and administratively handle recruitment processes.

Candidate profile

• Economic education, completed studies with HR specialization or comparable qualifications,
• At least two years of experience in a similar role,
• Good knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and broad knowledge of HRIS systems,
• A work style focused on solutions and details, high level of social competence, reliability, discretion and trustworthiness,
• Knowledge of labour, tax and social insurance law – especially in Germany (knowledge of Austrian and Swiss regulations is an additional asset),
• Fluent German and English,
• Friendly, confident and professional attitude, reliability and focus on internal client needs.
