Our Microsoft partner client requires a D365 Senior SCM Consultant. They are looking for a Senior D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to help implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their supply chain needs and help improve their processes using the system.

This position allows for flexibility regarding location within Europe, provided the candidate possesses full European working rights. Global projects may require travel and on-site work, candidates should be willing to work at home or on customers site approx. 1-2 times per month. In the most part, this will be European travel, however, there may be some US travel also.

Key Skills & Experience:

• University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier Dynamics AX versions
• Experience in at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably involving intercontinental rollouts
• Served as a lead or senior consultant on at least two international end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong background in pre-sales activities
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• You are ambitious and eager to learn
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage
• You have good communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
• You are customer-focused, take ownership, and can work independently
• You are a team player who easily adapts to an international, diverse group of colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) modules on international projects
• Provide high-quality business and software application services to clients
• Develop high-quality, sustainable solutions tailored to client needs
• Follow the businesses Project Methodology to ensure successful software implementation according to project plans
• Assess customer expectations regarding business knowledge, skills, and behaviour
• Identify and manage business or project risks, communicating as needed
• Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders, both formally and informally
• Support pre-sales activities when requested
• Always represent the business in a professional and positive manner
• Proactively advise customers on industry best practices rather than waiting to be asked

Location: Poland/Remote

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
