Job Description:

Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team in Poland.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
2. Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
3. Assist new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products.
4. Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
5. Work with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.

Requirements:

1. An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
2. Comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting the company’s sites, products, and promotions.
3. A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
4. Able to communicate at a bilingual or native level of Czech and fluent in English.
5. An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
6. Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
