Responsibilities

• Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups;
• Working with clients/customers;
• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products/services;
• Promoting company site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering;
• Working with the team leader to ensure all targets are understood and achieved;
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• Daily interaction and reports to the direct manager;
• Work with departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support;
• Communication on a regular basis with all managers and peers from different departments.

• Time management and prioritizing workload;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
