CyberSOC Tools / Services Project Manager

Join BNP Paribas CIB as a CyberSOC Tools/Services Project Manager. In this role you will lead projects that strengthen the bank’s cybersecurity and digital fraud defenses across the group.

Role Overview

As part of the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department’s Fusion Center team in Poland you will play a key role in the evolution and strategy of CyberSOC services. Your responsibilities include conducting market studies, managing vendor relationships, steering tender processes, and contributing to CyberSOC framework development and audit campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align them with business objectives.
• Conduct technological and organizational studies and manage firm‑wide vendor relationships.
• Drive the Call for Tender process in compliance with procurement norms.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within agreed deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, proactively seeking solutions.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Produce specifications documents, meeting decks, and minutes, paying special attention to communication clarity.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Actively remove obstacles to enable the team to achieve its goals effectively.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in governance and/or project management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, SOC/SIEM organization and tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
