CyberSOC Tools / Services Project Manager
BNP Paribas, the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player, is seeking to reinforce its existing teams in the areas of IT risk management, cybersecurity, and the fight against digital fraud.
Within the “Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud” Department, the mission is to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the Group (approximately 30 entities). The evolving cyber‑threat landscape increases risk for the financial sector; therefore the bank must strengthen its cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and operation resilience.
Overview
You will be part of the “Fusion Center” team in Poland, working on a global scale as the CyberSOC Tools / Services Project Manager. Your role will focus on the evolution and strategy of CyberSOC services, leading market studies, steering calls for tender, managing vendor relationships, contributing to the framework development, and reporting to steering committees.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform technological and organizational studies, ensure vendor relationships, and provide guidance.
- Manage call for tender in compliance with procurement norms.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within agreed deadlines.
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery and proactively seek solutions.
- Continuously monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Produce specification documents, meeting slide decks, and minutes, paying special attention to messaging.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Actively focus on removing obstacles and enabling the team to achieve its goals effectively.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in governance and/or project management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and SOC/SIEM organization and tooling.
- Attention to detail and ability to act as a critical thinker.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Great communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
