About the employer:

The client is a global leader in business transformation and management through the use of technology.

Responsibilities:

  • owning the cybersecurity solution throughout its full lifecycle, including transition, steady-state operations, and transformation phases within the Cybersecurity Tower,
  • creating and shaping cybersecurity architectures in close cooperation with Bid Managers, Solution Architects, and Solution Specialists,
  • developing comprehensive cost models that incorporate SME input, licensing requirements, third-party services, and hardware/software components,
  • collaborating with the wider Cybersecurity Tower team to ensure RACI and RAIDE alignment, preventing overlaps and eliminating potential gaps in the solution,
  • clearly explaining the rationale behind subcontractor or supplier quotations, including assumptions, exclusions, and pricing validity, while coordinating directly with procurement teams or external partners,
  • assisting the Commercial Lead in drafting or refining contractual schedules related to your solution scope (e.g., SoW, SLAs),
  • leading the complete process for RFI and RFP responses to secure successful customer engagements,
  • creating solution materials, product overviews, and delivering customer-facing presentations and demonstrations,
  • providing insights on market trends and competitive positioning by analyzing client buying behavior, pricing expectations, and independent analyst assessments,
  • maintaining strong awareness of comparable offerings in the market and adapting core services or solutions to meet specific customer requirements,
  • identifying transformation opportunities and evaluating their implications for ongoing service delivery.

Requirements:

  • minimum five years of experience in designing, transitioning, and operating Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SIEM/SOAR, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC), with a strong emphasis on presales activities and solution ownership,
  • strong understanding of IT architectures that underpin modern Cybersecurity solutions,
  • proven ability to estimate costs and resource requirements for Cybersecurity services and to develop tailored solution strategies for specific bids, including engagement across the full presales lifecycle (RFI responses, requirement analysis, scoping, and PoC activities),
  • demonstrated ability to design comprehensive cloud security architectures and implement effective data protection controls across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments,
  • solid background in building solutions aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework requirements,
  • proven track record in presales engagements, supporting both Run and Transformation initiatives within the Cybersecurity Tower,
  • practical experience in developing formal sales proposals and delivering high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs,
  • preferred: Professional certifications in Cybersecurity or Cloud domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, GIAC),
  • fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
