• The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering automation and integration solutions, with a focus on product integration, data management, and user interaction. While knowledge of Cyber-security disciplines (such as Data, Network, and Endpoint security) is a plus, it is not essential—we are looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• This role seeks a candidate with expertise in full-stack and UI development, automation, and integration technologies to join the Cybersecurity Core Engineering Automation and Integration team.

• Kraków - 6 days per month from the office

• Drive continuous improvement, removing organizational barriers affecting teams, processes, and products.
• Collaborate with platform staff, stakeholders, SMEs, and project managers to identify and implement improvements.
• Maintain an agile mindset, leveraging Lean, JIRA, and agile delivery methods.
• Align with Cybersecurity strategy, vision, and Product Management direction.
• Support scoping and prioritization of engineering solutions.
• Design and develop automation for web and application infrastructure (on-premises & container-based).
• Investigate and resolve technical infrastructure issues across environments (DEV, UAT, Production, Contingency).
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Apply full-stack development expertise.
• Improve DevOps pipelines, agile software delivery, and production support processes.
• Monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Ensure best practices in Technology tools and methodologies.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks as a core part of the role.

• Proficient in Python (scripting, web programming).
• Experience in Cybersecurity/Development/Operations.
• Understanding of data, networks, and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design, development, and delivery.
• Experience in system/application administration (Windows/Linux/UNIX).
• Full-stack skills (frontend, backend, databases, architecture, infrastructure).
• Familiarity with UI development (Figma, Wireframing, HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of API design (Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, REST, SOAP, JSON, Microservices).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
